A Few Things ‘bout me

 I’ve learned anything you say can be interpreted wrongly, but nevertheless continue to speak my mind.

I’m a vegetarian - have been for a while now. No, I don’t miss eating meat, I’ve found that I no longer look at it as food, but more as the animal it used to be. I don’t have a problem with people around me eating meat, and I don’t try to change people - to each their own.

Edit (Have gotten a few asks about this) I have dated non-vegetarians and don’t have a problem doing so.

Also, as you can tell from this blog, I love nature and I’m the type to take out my camera randomly after seeing an interesting looking leaf. It’s cliche but I try as hard as possible to see the beauty in everything. 

I’m always afraid of the fact; that I’m wasting my life away. Sure I’m young but I haven’t done anything that I dream of doing, which is kind of the point of this blog. If I’ve reblogged or posted a picture of some beautiful place I’ve mentally checked it off as some place I want to go. Right now my life revolves around education, but it bothers me to know that if I were to die today, I wouldn’t be happy with the life I led. It’s only while we’re alive that we can explore the world, fall in love, travel, laugh etc. As much as I’d like to believe in an “afterlife” of some sorts the cynic in me always reminds me that when we die its unlikely that there’s anything else.

Currently, I own two cats (named Bunny and Lupa) and a German Shepherd by the name of Jet. Lupa has about 32,000 notes on one of his pictures (he’s the Juicy-Juice kitten)
